Using an age-old method of Parching Wild Rice with a raging wood fired steel drum, we have brought the true traditional taste and color to this unique cereal grain. Through a state-of-the-art process we have consistently removed part of the bran layer on the wild rice to achieve a cook time of approximately 20 minutes, thus giving the grain a nice light brown finish.
