Being so close to the mill lowers our carbon footprint even more with minimal trucking distance from the grow site to mill. Once at the Mill this product is kept 100% separate from all other Wild Rice per USDA Standards. We strive to create a more sustainable wild rice for future generations to enjoy.

This pure organic Minnesota grown wild rice is an established blend specification to closely match the cooking directions on the package. Every batch of wild rice can vary which may result in varying cook times. If the kernels haven’t blossomed entirely simple extend the simmer step in the cooking directions. Another great way to prepare wild rice is in an instapot.
