Wild Rice Soup

This is our Canoe-approved wild rice soup—everyone’s favorite! And it’s very easy to make.

1 – 15oz. can Canoe Cooked Wild Rice, drained

3 cups Chicken stock

1 Tbsp. Sweet onion, diced

1/4 cup Celery, diced

2 Tbsp. Butter

1/2 cup Carrots, diced

1/4 tsp. Onion powder

1/4 tsp. Garlic powder


  1. Sauté celery and onion in butter.
  2. Combine all and simmer until vegetable are tender.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes about 4 servings.
