This wild rice salad couldn’t be easier or more delicious. We especially love the craisins!
1 can Canoe Cooked Wild Rice, drained
1 Chicken breast, cooked and sliced
1 Tbsp. Red onion, chopped
1/4 cup Craisins
1/4 cup Toasted pine nuts
1/2 cup Raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Combine all and enjoy!
