Description
Minnesota Wood Parched Hand Harvested Fast Cooking
From the Natural Waterways of Minnesota this Wild Rice was delicately harvested by Hand and then Small Batch Roasted over a raging wood fire, upon completing the dehydration process it is scarified to remove part of the bran layer to quicken the cooking time and unleash the natural wild flavor. Wood Parching of Wild Rice is taking the time to take a step back, slow down the process, and carefully produce a product that is just as unique as the state we live in. Almost every step of the process of finishing hand harvested wild rice requires hands on work with minimal machinery involved.
