Wild Rice Pudding
This non-traditional and easy to make Wild Rice Pudding is perfect for group get-togethers. With the inclusion of raisins and cloves, there’s even some nutritional value to it so you won’t feel guilty after having a bowl.

Ingredients
4 Cups Wild Rice, Cooked
2/3 Cup Raisins
2/3 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Milk
2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Cloves
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
- Spoon into casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
Makes 6 servings. Enjoy!
